Our client from Startup FMCG industry (E-Commerce) is looking for a Customer Service Manager, located at Sudirman, South Jakarta, Indonesia.


  • Bachelor's degree any major

  • 2+ years of related industry

  • Max age 35 years old

  • Proven working experience as a customer service manager

  • Proficiency in English oral and written

  • Experience in using the use of Customer Service tools, procedures, processes, and metrics

  • Ability to professionally manage and triage customer support ‘incidents’ and escalations



  • Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.

  • Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.

  • Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.

  • Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.

  • Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.

  • Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings.

  • Handling customer complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue or a the customer being taken ill
