Our client from Startup FMCG industry (E-Commerce) is looking for a Customer Service Manager, located at Sudirman, South Jakarta, Indonesia.
Bachelor's degree any major
2+ years of related industry
Max age 35 years old
Proven working experience as a customer service manager
Proficiency in English oral and written
Experience in using the use of Customer Service tools, procedures, processes, and metrics
Ability to professionally manage and triage customer support ‘incidents’ and escalations
Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings.
Handling customer complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue or a the customer being taken ill
